Anti-Corrosion Aluminum Construction
This X12 1200W HMI Flood Light System with DMX Electronic Ballast from Arri includes the X12 HMI lamphead, barndoors, a frosted glass diffuser, a 50' head/ballast cable, and a DMX electronic ballast.
The X-12 HMI lamphead can light large areas with daylight-balanced light. Wide beam angles of up to 125° allow flat surfaces such as buildings or scenic backgrounds to be lit evenly with a short throw. For further control of the light, this system includes barndoors and a frosted glass diffuser.
The included 575/1200W multi-voltage electronic ballast features integral DMX-50 protocol, for use with appropriate control boards and dimmer packs. A 50' head/ballast cable is also included to power the lamphead.
ARRI Arri X 12 1200 Watt HMI Flood Light
This is an Arri X-12 HMI Flood Light. Lighting large areas with daylight has now been made easier with the ARRI X Series. Wide beam angles of up to 125° allow flat surfaces such as buildings or scenic backgrounds to be lit evenly with a short throw. Easy changeable black reflectors are available to create a hard shadow look. A 1200 watt HMI bulb is available separately.

Hot Restrike
The aluminum housing features a hot re-strike switch which controls power to the lamp, while allowing the ballast to remain powered up
UV Glass
A protective UV glass protects the lamp, as well as filters out any excess UV light produced by the lamp
Saftey Feature
An integral micro switch is incorporated in the housing, designed as a safety feature.
If the protective glass should be removed or become broken, it will immediately stop all power from reaching the lamp.
ARRI 4-Leaf Barndoor Set for Arri-X 12
This ARRI 4-Leaf Barndoor Set for Arri-X 12 attaches to the front of a light and is used to restrict light from areas of a set. They have four leaves that can be adjusted. ARRI barndoors are heat resistant and rotatable.
ARRI Frosted Glass Diffuser for Arri-X 12
This glass diffuser is intended to be used in conjunction with the silver reflector. When attached to the light it will further soften the light.
ARRI 575/1200W Electronic Ballast with DMX (120-220 VAC)
This Arri 575/1200W Electronic Ballast with DMX works with 120-220 VAC. It has on-board dimming, as well as DMX dimming control capabilities. It is compatible with the Arri 575, 1.2K HMI Compact Fresnels, Arri-X 5, Arrisun 5 and 12 HMI PAR fixtures.

This is an ARRI Head to Ballast Cable. The 50' (15.2 m) long cable is compatible with 575, 1200 and 1800W heads such as the ARRISUN 5, 12 Plus, 18, and 40/25 heads. It's also compatible with the ARRIMAX M18, the ARRI X X5 and X12, D5 and D12 Fresnels and the Compact 575 and 1200 heads.
